We contacted Arlene and Neal in August, just to get an evaluation on the property and suggested asking price. We purchased in 1992 so this was a different, new and updated experience for us. They were very patient in walking us through all the paperwork. Arlene posted the house on the market around the end of October and we had several showings in November and December. We felt very comfortable asking all kinds of questions and our conversations were always friendly and helpful.
